Which images are found?

Every embedded photo or raster graphic. Drawings made of vector lines and plain text are not images, so they are skipped.

What format are the saved files?

PNG, at the original pixel size stored in the PDF.

Is my file uploaded?

No. The PDF is opened and scanned entirely inside your browser tab.
